Privacy Policy

PrintPlayPartyFinds sells printable party games through Etsy and Gumroad. We also run social media accounts on Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest and Reddit. This policy explains what information we handle when you interact with those accounts or with the tools we use to manage them, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Messages and comments you send us. If you comment on one of our posts or send us a direct message, we receive your public username, your message or comment, and when it was sent. This comes to us through the platform's official tools (for example the Instagram and Facebook APIs provided by Meta).
- Our own account data. Our tools read the content we published and its statistics (such as views, saves and clicks) so we can see what works.
- Purchases. Orders are processed by Etsy or Gumroad under their own privacy policies. We receive only what those marketplaces share with sellers to deliver your order. We never see your card details.
We do not buy data, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not collect information from people who have not interacted with our accounts.
How we use it
- To reply to your comment or message, for example to send you the link to a product you asked about.
- To publish and schedule our own posts, and to measure how they perform.
- To answer support questions about an order.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use your messages to train AI models.
Who processes it
Your information stays within the platform you used (Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, Etsy or Gumroad) and the tools we use to read and answer it. We keep a small working record (username, message, our reply, date) so we don't answer you twice.
How long we keep it
We keep message records for up to 12 months, then delete them. Platform data stays on the platform under its own policy.
Your choices
- Ask us to delete the information we hold about you: see our data deletion page.
- Stop messages from us at any time by replying "stop" or blocking the account.
- Ask what information we hold about you by emailing us.
Children
Our accounts are meant for adults (parents, teachers and party hosts). We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
