Data Deletion Instructions

If you have commented on or messaged one of our accounts, you can ask us to delete the record we keep of that interaction (your username, your message, our reply and the date).

How to request deletion

1. Email socials@alphatic.tech with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include the username you used (for example your Instagram handle) and the platform.

We delete the record within 30 days and reply to confirm. You can also send "delete my data" as a direct message to the account you contacted.

What this covers

This removes the information our tools keep. Comments and messages that stay on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Reddit are controlled by you and the platform: you can delete them there. Orders are kept by Etsy or Gumroad under their own policies.
